AOHT -- The Academy of Hospitality and Tourism prepares
students for hospitality and tourism careers with a focus on business,
marketing, and management. Guest services, professionalism, employability
skills, human relation skills, technology and software applications,
destination geography, economic principles related to the hospitality and
tourism industry, etiquette, and career exploration are important components
of the program. This program is affiliated with the National Academy
Foundation (NAF). AOHT students are required to join DECA – A Club for
Marketing Students.
Prepare students for entry-level management hospitality positions and preparation for continued study at the college level.
